Failed installation with Orange SPV C600

Summary

The error code "Installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it does not have sufficient system permissions." Is received. The Orange SPV C600 has been application locked by Orange.

Solution

To install the Orneta products you will need to have your device Application unlocked, or the Simple Mobile Signing certificates installed on your device. We recommend that you install the Simple Mobile Signing certificates to ensure a higher level of security for your device.
  1. Application unlock your device. Email Orange’s development team @ developers@orange.com with the following details and they will email you back an unlocking app specific for your device.
    1. Phone Model: SPV_C600
    2. IMEI Number: <<dial *#06#>>
    3. Full Name: <<your full name>>
    4. Mobile Number: <<your mobile number>>
    5. Daytime Contact Number: <<your phone number>>
    6. Daytime email address: <<your email address>>
  2. [optional] Install the Simple Mobile Signing Certs on your device 
  3. [optional] Re-Enable application security
