Issue
Installation was unsuccessful. The program or setting cannot be installed because it is not digitally signed with a trusted certificate.
Summary
This can be caused at the 'Unknown publisher trust confirmation' screen by (1) selecting No, (2) waiting too long, (3) another screen displayed (battery full, etc.), or (4) the home or back key is pressed.
Solution
Start the installation again, and select 'Yes' at the 'Unknown publisher trust confirmation' screen.
NOTE: Ensure 'Done' has been selected at the 'Installation was unsuccessful' screen otherwise the screen will be re-shown without starting the installation.
