Have not received Serial Number (registration code) or need re-sent.
Summary
After a purchase has been made from an Orneta partner site, the serial number should be displayed in the browser, and sent via e-mail.
Solution
Orneta does not manage the registration codes. Please visit the site where you originally made the purchase, if you need to retrieve your registration code. They will be able to assist you in retrieving your registration code.
Please check the following
- The email address provided with purchase is valid.
- SPAM filters and virus protection software is not interfering with email delivery.
