Issue

Incorrect user name was provided with purchase (or 'regkey#: error')

Summary

When a purchase is made a serial number is created from the Owner Name of the device. If the name is incorrect or missing at the time of purchase, the serial number will not unlock the products full functionality.

Solution

Orneta does not manage Serial Numbers provided by our partners. The registration key or serial number is a 5-digit number containing no letters that unlocks the full functionality of the product when successfully entered.

Please contact the site from which the key was originally purchased and request a new serial number. They will be able to assist you in retrieving your registration code. Please be sure to provide them with any information relevant to your purchase such as your Owner Information found in your device, your purchase email address and any order or transaction numbers you may have.

If the Owner Information is different or you have received the 'regkey#: error' message in your registration email from Handango, you may have added a space for the 'Smartphone Owner Name' field, you will need to request a new serial number:
