If this information matches and the key still does not work please contact technical support at the site from which the key was purchased and request a new key. Please also check for any extra blank spaces before or after the name as they may cause issues with the registration.

If the Owner Information is different, request a new serial number:

Common Problems:

1. Serial Number has not been entered

2. The Owner Name does not match (Incorrect Serial Number)

• The name provided with purchase is different
• The name must match: 'Johnathan Doe' is NOT the same as 'John Doe'
• Extra spaces before or after: 'John Doe' is NOT the same as ' John Doe '

3. The Serial number is for another product
