Scissors Mobile disables the Edit Menu in Outlook Mobile
Summary
When the trial period for Scissors Mobile has expired, it will display the About screen to allow registration. When the About screen is displayed, the Menu in Outlook Mobile is canceled.
Solution
This issue has been resolved with Scissors Mobile 2007
Scissors Mobile will need to be registered to eliminate the About screen, or uninstalled.
- To Register, visit a partner to purchase a serial number
- To Uninstall
- Restart the device, to ensure Outlook Mobile is not running
- Start > Settings > Remove Program
- Remove Scissors Mobile
